Using mailVU’s Video Mail Platform for Event Planning

This July, I’ll have been married five years – which means I began planning for my wedding six and a half years ago, shortly after I got engaged. My then boyfriend, Acie, proposed while we were both living in Connecticut. We knew we wanted the ceremony and reception to take place in Virginia, our home state, particularly in the city of Hampton, where we met while attending college. We moved from Connecticut to Maryland (and later on to Northern Virginia and finally to North Carolina! No, we weren’t on the run!), which meant I had to plan our wedding and reception long distance.
